Please note that all sales are final. Everything is sold “AS IS” and there will be no refunds. There are no presales and it is first come, first served. We accept Cash, Check and VENMO.

While at the sale and you wish to purchase a large item, simply pull the tag and hold onto it until you checkout. Once you have removed this tag it is considered sold, purchased by you and no tag backs accepted.

You are responsible for removing large items so bring your own muscle, tools and means to transport your purchase the day of the sale.

Please do not park in driveway, leaving it open for loading. Parking is available in the large grassy area of this property. Berm parking is available on Red Bank but can be dicey so use caution if you choose not to park in the big expanse of the property.
