• Friday, March 21 from 9: 00am – 2:00pm (numbers given out at 8:00am) this is the order you will be permitted into the house.

• Saturday, March 22  from 9:00am – 2:00pm (no numbers given out) (50% off starts at noon)

• Sunday, March 23 from 10:00am - 2:00pm

Please note that all sales are final. Everything is sold “AS IS” and there will be no refunds. There are no presales and it is first come, first served. We accept Cash, Check and VENMO.

While at the sale and you wish to purchase a large item, simply pull the tag and hold onto it until you checkout. Once you have removed this tag it is considered sold, purchased by you and no tag backs accepted.

You are responsible for removing large items so please bring your own muscle, tools and means to transport your purchase the day of the sale.

Please do not park in driveway, leaving it open for loading. On street Parking is available.  Please be mindful of neighbors.
